I agree on that. By the way, I'm not ragging on the mods, but I do see some bad repeat offenders here.

You think this job is easy ! What the forum members need to do is learn how to communicate openly without getting offended.

I know it's not easy. And my apologies if it sounded like that--it's just that I see the same troublemakers over and over in every thread and it gets frustrating.

I agree or should I say WE all agree and those in question are being monitored .

I'd just like to point out that we do have a warnings system which us mods do use. We do also ban people although we really do try not to go down this road.

As tex said, we are doing our best here but we're not omnipotent so if you see a post you think we haven't seen that needs dealing with, you can report it by clicking on the exclamation mark in the top RH corner of the post. This flags it to us immediately so we can deal with the problem sooner rather than later.

Also, just because we don't appear to be doing anything publicly, doesn't mean we aren't dealing with the issue...some things take time as we try and be as fair as possible You are all always welcome to mail any or all of us if you have any issues

you right .... you never argue and it really being appreciated. but if you dont argue one will never get an idea of what type character you are and so forth. I believe the should be some tiffs and stuff. we all from diffirent backgrounds and opinions. SURELY there will be diffirences og opinions. It is unrealistic to expect otherwise. This forum is in good shape. The mods are doing ok... and while i think I could do a better job its not up for discussion but there always space for improvement. I dont mind the harsh words and arguements - its all good - I do prefer people should leave the racist issue alone. I stir the pot most of the time whether on purpose or not but got very mad at BUD today because of the racist remark aimed at AKR. we dont have to go there and I expected a mod to step and actually say something there and then. not suggest PM. that sucks!! I will say it here as well. I am sure TEX or DARWIN would have done that.

Not so much as questioning or doubting your ability to be objective. ask yourself one question ....when would you really identify a cry for help ?? I dont really like PM as a answer or a means to a end as this is a public forum. People sometimes expect action from the "law" and I am sorry to say this and dont meant to offend - but in my opinion you failed today.
