He hasnt written any lies he has given his opinions as he is entitled to do and he has more or less been threatened with his job for doing so. I noticed the bit about the FIA writing to the ITV. Also that Brundle expects his license(or whatever it is he needs) to be hard to come by. Nice bunch of folks ruling our sport

the FIA are not attacking Brundle's freedom of speech they are attacking the fact that he is writing "lies". i am not a lawyer but if brundle can't prove what he is saying then he doesn't have a very strong case
