What's a lie? Are you saying the e-mails and other such communications did not exist?

Those emails are like thousands others on F1, there's now a lot of psychosis on paddock because of the resolution.

I've said a lot of times, but you only accept what you want to hear; those emails where sent BEFORE spy scandall, so the data they were talking about was another one (like the other teams managed over their competitors).

I don't read "The sun" or other cr*p like that, but I don't take my opinions from only a group of media interested in tell you THEIR truth.

Down the lines of what I was thinking and why I wanted an answer from him. Either way he was buggered. Either he backed down and accepted Alonso's part or cleared McLaren. supeindesu, thanks for proving our point!

Yeah, that's the point. McLaren and the british media tries to blame FA&PDLR, treating them as traitors, but they have not given ANY evidence about the "Spy-gate". Those emails where sent between every drivers and engineers of every team, so, those emails where no treason at all, but for "some" reason, McLaren wants to be falsery the fulcrum of the case without no reason. Ron Dennis is the betrayal.

Wrong, again. It was that series of communications which got McLaren penalised. At the previous hearing, it was deemed there was insufficient evidence to penalise McLaren.

Then, you have the same problem as FIA and Pork Dennis, it's just like blaming somebody to kill a person who is still alive...

What are you on about?

was it or was it not new evidence in the shape of emails between FA and DLR discussing stolen Ferrari details that brought about the later hearing?

and was it or was it not Ron Dennis who had informed the FIA of their existance?
