No, it'ts not so hard. Please, show me where are the degrees of freedom, because ferrari has beeen banned to install this device again for breach to the article 3.15 WHERE?

Degrees of freedom refers to movement of on object in either one direction or many directions. The simplest being Up-Down, Left-Right, Forwards-Backwards or a combination of the three. A twisting or rotational movement is also a degree of freedom, and this is why flexible wings are banned as they are allowed no degrees of freedom, i.e they must be rigid.
As for the floor, their ability to flex up and down is breaking the "no degree of freedom" rule, as it aids aerodynamic performance to suit any given speed.
