Oh dont get me started on the whole treatment of women in countries like Saudi. If a woman gets raped its her fault and she then gets stoned, burnt and/or killed by male members of her family.Can they not see the lack of logic here??

It's got nothing to do with logic. The Saudi culture is totally different and I think much older to ours and it is a question of reepecting their culture. Many things which seem normal to them may seem barbaric to us however, many things that seem normal to us will be barbaric to them. I'm not conconing it and I'm not condemning it. Everyone in Saudi will know the laws and punishments. The **** one is a bit harsh but it's their culture.

Pouring petrol over a woman and setting her on fire because she's been raped, yes just a tad barbaric Id say. I dont think the Saudi women trying to escape the regime are too keen on it either. Talk to them about respect.

Could be worse, could be paraffin.
I'm not saying it's right, it's just different and still very traditional/age old. The Bible is just as intolerant but both faiths have their extremes which take certain things too far.

They both care too much. They both lost their spines and apologised fo saying things that upset a few people with nothing better to do with their time than look for things to feel outraged about.
