They have a point. You should see me attempt at the the parrallel park. I usually just give up and end up with the bottom end of the car in the middle of the street.

Ah, so it's you.

To be fair to Saudi men, since I don't know the answer to this... what if Saudi women *DO* indeed attack strangers (men) when left in a room alone with them. :hehe:

Oh dont get me started on the whole treatment of women in countries like Saudi. If a woman gets raped its her fault and she then gets stoned, burnt and/or killed by male members of her family.:banghead::banghead: Can they not see the lack of logic here??
The driving one made me laugh, but its not funny if you dig deaper.

It's got nothing to do with logic. The Saudi culture is totally different and I think much older to ours and it is a question of reepecting their culture. Many things which seem normal to them may seem barbaric to us however, many things that seem normal to us will be barbaric to them. I'm not conconing it and I'm not condemning it. Everyone in Saudi will know the laws and punishments. The **** one is a bit harsh but it's their culture.

Pouring petrol over a woman and setting her on fire because she's been raped, yes just a tad barbaric Id say. I dont think the Saudi women trying to escape the regime are too keen on it either. Talk to them about respect.

You know there are cars now that do this for you  You can just read a magazine, check the shopping list and hey ho, the cars in the gap. Sounds good to me. Or alternatively a nice pink smart car that can go in end-on :D That sounds even better....but Im not sure they go very fast.

Could be worse, could be paraffin.

I'm not saying it's right, it's just different and still very traditional/age old. The Bible is just as intolerant but both faiths have their extremes which take certain things too far.

Right. But some things are not really to be made a joke off..especially human beings who are subject to unnecessary torture.

You don't like my pictures? There's only going to be more.

I didn't say I don't like them, just seems to be a lot of them.

As for making jokes, yeah somethings are distasteful but it's sometimes the best way to look at things. Like Eric Idle sung whilst on the cross, Always Look on the Bright Side of Life! I like to always look for the slightest glimmer of light even in the darkest of corners. :D

Again with the pictures.

You should know by now that I'll make a joke about anything.

Open mike night at the Improv

Go for it andrew! We're right behind you! :whip:

I'll give it a miss. This far too politically correct world on which we live is not ready for me! :hehe:

Or you could be like Ricky Gervais or Jeremy Clarkson and simply not give a toss! :P

They both care too much. They both lost their spines and apologised fo saying things that upset a few people with nothing better to do with their time than look for things to feel outraged about.
