You can have a discussion with a Ferrari fan, but you can't have a discussion with a tifosi.

I take offense to that statement, oh thats right I was not in on this battle please disregard :D .

I call rookie mistakes those that drivers make when they are under maximum pressure. In the last races, when they are fighting directly for the title. When any mistake, could cost you losing the WDC.
It’s like in other sports like for example tennis. If you are the best at the first stages, but when you arrive at the final rounds your performance get worse under the pressure of winning or losing the title.
In Formula 1 it is still worst because the high pressure is always there and at the final stages increases to limits almost impossible to afford.
In Abu Dhabi Lewis wasn’t under heavy pressure he had lost the WDC the fourth races before, when he really was under pressure.

The point Jack is that you called Lewis' mistake a rookie mistake, yet Alonso (being the only driver in that race to not have to rely on others making mistakes to win his WDC) isn't a rookie mistake? You used the term rookie mistake as a derogatory term. So why would you say it's unfair for me to point out that Alonso and FERRARI made a mistake that cost them the WDC...

You have to use the same measuring stick whether you like it or not, otherwise you're living in your own world.

Ferrari made the “mistake” not Alonso. Tell me just one mistake made by Alonso in the last five races. It's you who is using a different measuring stick with Lewis and Alonso.

I totally agree with you in that point.

"Now that the rules are a bit clearer i can state that only the British think that Lewis was not favored which just shows how deep their ignorance is."

This was supposed to be a mockery of a previous post stating that all spanish people think that Alonso can never be wrong (or something a long those lines). Is that not also assuming that they are all Alonso fans?

Funny how when it was about the Spanish less than 3 people made an objection. When its about the British everyone gets their panties in a knot.

New statement. "British are ignorant of their ignorance."

I guess that probably being the only Spaniard in this forum, I can say that. There’s no offense to anybody. I only want to say that everywhere things work alike.
