Seeing as their entire car was pretty much developed with no track testing, I can't say I agree with all the people saying that they won't be able to match the development of McLaren and Ferrari.
There must be afew technical places teams can gain a huge advantage like this.
Thats my opinion but since 'in season' testing is banned it will be very difficult.

If any team does develop using brains only, I think Mr.Brawns team will be the one!!

 The Brawns also have raw speed and very controlled suspension movements. With their plain paintwork and amazing performance, they look like Scalextric cars! Add to that formula two vastly experienced drivers, and the combination is a bomb (in a good sense).
