Yup, it's been confirmed by BBC! :)

No link yet as it's on the 'more soon' headline...

I've not see what happens, but if what is said to have happened did actually happen, then Hamilton should get promoted to the third and Trulli bumped down to fourth, at the very least.

Unbelieavable. He can do crap all weekend, drive a conservative race and ends up on the podium in the end. "Lucky" doesn't quite cut it when it comes to Hamilton.

Excuse me, but, conservative? He was pushing all throughout that race.

Thats excellent news if the decision stays, 18th - 3rd, well done Lewis especially in that scrapheap challenge pile of crap, get it sorted McLaren

It just so happens that Hamilton is part of McLaren. You win and lose together as a team. In 2007 and 2008, McLaren (saying as you like to separate driver and team) could have told Hamilton to get his finger out on several occasions.

I'm by no means a Hamilton fanboy, but that comment is trolling, pure and simple. Hamilton made several good, bold, clean passes during the first half of the GP. Nothing lucky about his result whether it ends up remaining as third or indeed fourth.

[EDIT] It is said that drivers create their own luck in F1 but i also think Hamilton pushed quite hard but kept his cool during the whole race.

Have you considered addressing the point rather than simply name-calling?

No way was he ever conservative. He put himself in places that McLaren had no right be and took advantage of every opportunity that came his way. Superb drive.

Ive addressed the point!

Well done Lewis. You did a good job considering the circumstances. Just because you don't like Lewis is no excuse for blanket ignorance when he perform well
