He's still down as the team's fourth driver, though, I think. RBR and STR are sharing Hartley, so if one driver from each team (or indeed both drivers from one team) was unable to race then DC would have to step-up.
the anchor team must be travelling to each gp as DC and AD are 3rd drivers for teams. so they can not be staying in the UK
BBC has confirmed the anchors and commentators will all be traveling to every race.
DC is only a temporary stand-in for Red Bull though. As for Anthony Davidson, part of the reason Brawn have him as the stand-in and not Wurz (Who remains a team member) is because the BBC are paying his travel and expenses.
