Couldn't help but think this having watched qualifying this morning. Boy does the guy waffle!

I think the random banter between Jordan and DC was uneeded really we just want to know about F1 and the start of the season rather than if Jordan had given schumacher his first drive or the fact DC thought Jenson was good as Schumi. Possibly okay once into full swing of the season and nothing else to talk about but they have to settle into there roles and do there jobs. I also found it really odd how they were outside and maybe a bit naff(I'm sure they won't be tomorrow?), the fact they were holding mircophones made them look odd but is obviously the look the BBC are going for.Really not Used to not having adverts no toilet breaks,snack breaks!!! Will be even stranger tomorrow!

I thought DC and EJ were very good, actually. Definitely liked to hear what they had to say. The only selections for the BBC I don't like so far are Kravitz and the lass who's doing the pit reporting for Five Live.

It took a while for the ITV team to gell...EJ does waffle and butt in to often though. Wait and seee how it pans out!

I think they did a decent job. I thought the presenters/pundits were going to be in a studio?

EJ in my opinion was good. Overall I think they put together a really good show.

The race build-up felt a tad-tedious, but I expect the over the course of the year things will get better and better.

I thought that too, it looks like he's trying too hard to put some energy into it and he does llike to butt in quite a bit.

It looked like DC thought that too when they were talking to Branson but it was probably the low sun in DCs eyes.

EJ to be honest was starting to get on my nerves with his constant waffel. Not just the fact he was rambling or talking over DC but also he was coming out with alot of rubbish.

I'll give him the benefit of the doubt for now, hopefully as the season progresses he will settle down.

I agree. Brundle is working with a guy that is less fluid than James Allen and it will take time for them to gel with each other and stop interrupting each other's sentences

I would much rather watch EJ and DC throw a little banter at each other and waffle about what ever they wish over watching Blunders spout nonsense and Rider blurt out predictable drivel.
As for the new anchor man, Jonathan Legard, it's his role to be slightly over excited and make the occasional silly comment. It's even his role to make blatant mistakes and have Brundel correct him. God only knows how many mistakes the living legend Maury Walker made every minute of every race. All that matters is that Legard is a lot more likable than James Allen. I wholehearted claim he is, but it's not hard really.

Didn't you notice with the coverage today, Jake basically got pushed to the side with Branson and it was EJ and DC Amazing!
