Alonso prefers to drive for a team where he is the recognised lead driver. The debacle that was 2007 at McLaren would suggest this. This is why he won't go to Ferrari. Alonso will demand to be treated as the number one and with Massa doing so well- this will never happen.

Perhaps Alonso to Williams? The FW31 is going swimmingly and Williams will be surely be contenders this year and thereafter given how much rules have changed and effectively levelled the playing field.

Can't wait to see Rosberg take the flag tomorrow.

If Alonso cant cope with equal status with a top line driver he will not be wanted at ferrari. Why ditch Massa for alonso? Massa is a proven team player, Alonso is not. Both are proven race winners so unless Alonso changes his attitude Ferrari are better off with Massa(who improves each season!)
