 Hammy's no Villeneuve! Jacques that is, Guiles is another story. And Hammy won't be "forgotten". Already in the history books and pleny more to come :driving::clap:

End of the day, you can't say that. He is in the history books as World Champion, but so is Jacques, so is Nelson Piquet, so is Phil Hill etc etc.
At the end of 97 many believed Jacques was going to go from strength to strength. Although Hamilton will more than likely improve, you cannot be certain.

I can say that. Read my signature.

That's your comeback? Really?

Jeez, surely you can do better than that?

Funny you should say that, cause i remember people saying the same about JV in 1996/7!!

...and there's nothing wrong with making a speculative comparison as a talking point, so don't roll your eyes at me.... :P

Ok I'll flash my eyelashes. Oh damn, there isnt an eyelash flash!

No theres nothing at all wrong with making a speculative comparison, I'd just speculate differently :)

I watched JV in 96and7 at Silverstone and he didnt look anything special to me.But Lewis.......

You aren't watching his driving though. Be honest here.

I absolutely am!

People leave Toyota outta this. They actually gained posistions by staying on dry tyres.

The title last year came down to the weather really. Massa and Hamiltion both deserved the title equally. It just came down to a matter of 1 point.

Anyways, I wouldn't say this is make or break for Lewis. I'd say this is the opposite. He's proved he can win the world championship, it's a matter of how many more can he win. It'll be interseting to see him in the mid-feild rather than anything else.

Now, you're being reasonable and totally objective. There's no place for this in an web forum. Please modify your postings accordingly.

And I agree with you 100%. And I wonder, why do some people are intent on "proving" that Hamilton has no talent? What's the deal? He's an amazing driver. Period. Get over it, dissenters!
