On his day Kimi is Untouchable but the guy smokes and drinks and barely trains so he never really preforms to the best of his ability .

So far this eason, before it has begun i belive Massa in this for the long hall, i believe Raikkonen will leave soon :(
but trust me we have our sights on some1 already :P
Image

now before you all comment, He has Tifosi blood? ust look at him?
His helmet has turned red? he's coming to the dark side
But no serious, Kimi is looking like he don't cre anymore? so i believe that Alonso
is still in the running for the greatest record of all time :) Plus it's hilarious to See Alonso V Hamilton
Lets hope the Ferrri can give him what he needs :)
(not implying Reno does not)

I love how Kimi had one bad year and people are already saying Massa is better than him

Yeh it's a bit much really. Having said that, last year was a really strange thing to have happened to someone of Kimi's ability. Massa has a long way to go before he convinces me that he is on the same level as Kimi, Alonso and Hamilton.

People seem to have incredibly short memories in F1

Well...since Kimi is runnig for Ferrari, he hasn't done half of the work he did for Mclaren..(despite 2007's WDC)

What work did he do for McLaren? It's true the team were going through a transitional phase (construction of the Technology Centre, Mercedes increasing their stake in McLaren and taking over Ilmor etc.), but part of the problems were caused by Raikkonen. He was too inconsistent, too lazy and didn't who any leadership qualities when he was at McLaren; he has to take some of the blame for his comparative lack of success from 2002 to 2006. Relying on talent alone is not enough; you have to apply yourself as well. For those reasons, I was glad to see Raikkonen leave McLaren. I'm happy he's frustrated Ferrari as much as he did me.

where do you get this garbage from!?
You probably saw that ONE video and now Kimi is a drunk smoker who barely trains... do you think he would even be in F1 if he just smoked and drinked and barely trained?

This is a bit more accurate, but magnified x10. MclarenFan is way too overcritical :)

Räikkönen. He will dominate this season. His focus is absolute, just look at him in testing, racing rally cars, snowmobiles, preparing physically(dropped 5-6kg of weight, not drinking). He's been completely focused on the task at hand and with this mind set he will be unstoppable.

 !

Laught it up while you can. If you had seen the news stories we get to see in Finland you'd know that what I said is going to happen. You haven't seen Kimi this focused before. In one interview he said that having the chance to put a helmet on and race makes life worth living.

It's amazing how someone who is focussed can influence. Although with everything F1 you are always limited by what your driving and a small mistake can shatter even the most focussed driver.

I will say Felipe..

He may be focused but if he isn't motivated there will be no point?
Ferrari don't throw the captain rank around? Felipe is now top dog :)
