reading the BBC F1 news, bernie rates button for the first three races, but then the 'old hands' of Massa, raikkonen, alonso and button wil take over.

Hasn't Button been in the game longer than any of them?

I picked up on that as well. Kind of an odd thing to say. I wouldn't call Lewis or Massa old timers. Not in the slightest.
Button has been around for 9 years. He experienced to say the least.

i wount say button was a noob , but i wasnt say he was the best either :S , the only reason why i would say brawn and jenson are quick is because of the car going back to interveiws from all season ...they wrote off the car design pritty much at the start and put all focus into the 09 car , where has teams like mclaren and ferrari were always pushing for the littlest of aero advantage all the way to the end of the season .... i mean button had a good car in 06 and didnt nothing with it ........well 1 win...hes not a noob tho !

A) that car started out deeply flawed
B) that once it was fixed, Jenson outscored everybody (Last 6 races)

alright mate that just my opintion ...id just say to little to late ....but hes not a noob at all .... with a good car i just hope he can prove people wrong
