Autosport is claiming that the kerfuffle about the points/race wins was a smokescreen so that the FIA could sneak something else in while everyone's attention was diverted. But they won't tell you what the FIA is supposed to have done unless you pay.

Anyone know what the FIA is supposed to have done?

Budget caps are not just a can of worms, but a barrel of worms in my opinion. There are so many ways that money can pass around without it being "on the books".

It's the spending cap. pitpass reckons the same thing I think. They\'re both probably right too.

Of course it was smoke screen for the budget cap i was actually quite surprised when i noticed no one was screaming about the budget cap and everyone seemed to be screaming about the points system. They are both a load of rubbish and should go in the bin.
