Just saying hi from Lisbon!

I'm 29 years old and a formula 1 fan for 22 years or such, sneaking off from bed to watch the classic Japanese and Australian GPs at prohibitive hours ... too bad they took away the Estoril GP but at least we get some practice sessions down in the new Portimão track recently...

Grew up being a fan of Berger - yes not the most common choice I guess - since his first run in Ferrari ... and despite never winning the World Championship won't forget some classic stuff especially against Patrese and Mansell also some good races against Senna and those days where he'd do better than his team mate in Mclaren ... oh well classic indeed

Anyway, a lot because of growing up following Gerhard Berger, I consider myself a Ferrari fan but with an skeptic less possible biased eye, though well I can't say I'm too hot for the likes of Lewis Hamilton and surely chances are Williams drivers are less liked - like Hill or Mansell - though I tolerated Villeneuve, Frentzen and specially Patrese - even if I considered him a rival back then ... well to be honest in later years I almost cheer for Williams been more than a decade that they were on top and tired of the old Mclaren vs Ferrari deal ... (though I actually think it won't happen this year)

So well biased after all, just a bit ... but just for the fun of it, no hard feelings hehehe

2009 seems a good year for F1, changes that made people talk and spiced enough pilots and all, so let's hope for a good season this year

That's it for now
