Todt has left Ferrari to setup FIAT F1.

Ferraris B team so they can spend 60mil a year developing 1 car and the B team gets to use it

and both teams get all the tech perks of the budget Cap but double the money.

I haven't seen that one before. There are loads of silverstone. Schumacher was taking it pretty easy too
