In most other motor raceing they have pit walks and things, i still have neil hodgsons reith, he won at brands in my loft he signed it aswell.

Formula 1 is the penical of its sport and i think this idea is a poor one if im ohnest, there is enough pressure on these drivers without haveing to do autograph sessions.

They get millions of $$ - have them work for the dough a bit harder.

Exactly. Their job is basically to provide the fans with some enjoyment, because without us they wouldn't have jobs at all. So having them meet and greet a little more isn't too much to ask.

And in a further move to simplify aspects of the sport, wet tyres will revert to being referred to as ‘intermediates’ with the extreme-wet rubber to be renamed 'wet'.

I had no problems with the old system. Intermediate tyres are now wet tyres! Dickheads.

In addition, the weight of all cars will be published for public consumption after each qualifying session – thus revealing which cars are carrying more, or less fuel, in the crucial Q3 segment.

What's the point of this? It just takes away one of the exciting things about the race weekend.

Eh? The change is to make the Compounds:

Hard/Soft, Intermediates, Wets

Like everyone except the FiA has been saying this whole time. They, for there part, called them:

Hard/Soft, Wets, Extreme Wets

I like the fact they're finally publishing the fuel loads. That way after Quali we can actually tell who done crap and who done well. Rather than listening to, it's not a great lap time, they're just running light, or we've got more fuel that you think.

Anyways, the whole thing about drivers needing to be available after the races. I say meh.

They're also apparently bringing in some thing which will predict where a driver comes back out after a pit stop. Now that just completely ruins the fun of pit strategies. Plus it might be wrong half the time. It's lame concept that's not really worth it.

Brundle and Allen used to predict that anyway, and Murray before James, and they got it right more often than not. Including it in a graphical way won't change anything.

I agree, I'd rather have the prediction, even if it's a little out.
