I think if Webber was going to do anything, he would have done it by now. He has had terrible luck but i don't think he's a potential champion

Right, but Mark's never really had particularly competitive team mates. I mean, one of them (Twice) was Pizzonia.

And to be fair, Quick Nick probably would have outscored Mark in 2005 if he hadn't been injured

Webber is a talented guy. If he retires without having won a Grand Prix, he'll take Chris Amon's place as the finest driver never to do so. That said, Webber is always whinging. It's apparent now that fears Vettel is going to best him, so he's getting his excuses in early.
