My name is Josh, I'm 33 and I live in Tennessee, USA. Been a lurker on the pitpass.com forum for a while, but never could get into it. Found this forum today and looks like fun.

I'm a fan of McLaren and BMW, and have been for about 4 years now.

I managed to make it up to the USGP at Indianapolis in 2007 and am ready for the US to host another one. I'll definitely be there! The rest of the races are a bit far for me to be able to afford the travel.

I'm a big fan of SCCA Autocross (Solo II), and I have a supercharged 2004 Mazda Miata that competes in SM2.

And I don't know about the rest of you, but some of these recent proposals for F1 are nuts! Medals? Pit Stop awards? Best Test Driver?

I count myself lucky in the fact that Charlotte is less than 5 hrs from me. I plan on making a "pilgrimage" once the HQ is up and running. Already been to the SpeedTV HQ. Nice place!

Not a NASCRAP fan personally, but I have to admit, they do have a fantastic base to draw from when it comes to automotive experience in the region.

Speaking of NASCRAP, best quote I've heard in a long time, from Grassroots Magazine:
