Still worth a couple of quid though, even at 33/1!!

I'm thinking £50 and a lot of crossed fingers, so that I can replace my damned computer :(

On a more realistic note, I'll probably put £10 on each driver and a further £10 on Brawn winning the WCC. Which is peculiar, 'cause I'm not really a gambler.

Same, yet i've put money on each for both the title and to win a race (i think if Rubens win a race then i'll be covered even if no other bets win me money). £50 on Barrichello to win the WDC is pretty damned risky though.

Darn it, the odds for Button and Barrchello are now 7/1 and 12/1. Too bad.

All the same, even I'm expecting Brawn to win the first race. This is just too weird. Also funny, seeing as the british media abandonned Button completely over the last 2 year, and now they'll be like, "BUTTON! We knew you could do it" :hehe:

If Brawn GP have an excellent season this year, I bet Honda will regret pulling out of F1.

I was thinking the same thing.. I bet they are looking at team like a girlfriend they broke up with, that just got a boob job..

Yeah but what if it's Merc that've given them the boob job while Honda could've only come up with a padded bra?

Trying to tame the beasts on here when the season is in full bloom can be quite a gamble with your mental health :hehe::whip::banghead::twisted::P

Indeed. I think it's safe to say they won't be back-markers, but my own realistic hopes for the season are regular points and podiums, with a couple of wins here and there.

Yes Jinx it. Meaning Massa will be right there to take a win and get his season of to a good start. Something he doesn't usually do.

I don't want to jinx it. But I feel Brawn may not last the full season at the front. They will soon be dwarfed by the other teams, especially if the other teams further develop their KERS systems.
In saying that it is a remarkable story and one which is good for Formula One, so therefore I am very happy.

I'm wondering if they could use the Honda KERS at some point this year. From reports and rumors the Honda system was looking very promising. I 'm not sure whether they can fit it to the Mclaren engine but its a possible development further into the season, maybe???

Their plan is not to use KERS at all, and from the sounds of it, that's not really a major disadvantage
