Lewis Hamilton can power the Struggling Mclaren to WDC :hehe:

Sure, if it were a tenth or two off the Ferrari and the Brawn.

But it's more like .5secs to a second. No one can drive around that. Luckily, Macca have another test to try and sort it out, so they might have it in a reasonable position pace-wise by Melbourne for Lewis to be able to drive around any remaining performance deficit to at least be competitive.

We'll just have to wait and see how Heikki would fair in that scenario though.

Stop bumming up the Brawn. It is not the only fast car out there. Fair enough it is your team and you are just being a fan and it does seem to be a fast car but BMW, Red Bull etc also have fast cars. And it is only winter testing. Teams may be using different testing regimes or trying out differetn things to Brawn. For me my mind will be made up after qually and the early part of the race in Melbourne.

You know what? No. I can't be bothered. Someone else handle this one. I will however Bold the keywords which nullifies this guy's entire argument

Yes I saw that but the point i was tryin to make is a lot of your posts are Brawn bumming. Had they not be doing very well in testing you would not be coming out with all this crap.

You must be new around here...

Just wait until McLaren wins a race, that's all you're going to hear about on this board...

I just hope some of the other team's fans will stick around once the Wolfpups start feeding on me. (I appreciate the tip of the hat to my professionalism though)

Are you saying that someone with a Brawn GP signature shouldn't be happy to see his team doing well? Strange point of view that, we'll see how it pans out.

Malibu 327 is right, and the same goes for when Ferrari win.

I'm still not entirely clear on what your point is, by the way. All I said was at this stage McLaren are far enough behind the pace-setters that it's going to take them a little while to claw it all back (Though I'm one of the people who is sure that they will claw it all back). I only mentioned Brawn in passing because, and see if you can follow me here:

They are topping the timesheets. Me: talking about pacesetters. Them: setting pace (At this time, I don't know how Australia will pan out). What, you want me to pretend they're not quick right now just because I support them?

Actually, around here when Ferrari win, you hear about the FIA and their giant conspiracy... but that aside, what would be the point of a sports forum if you couldn't talk up your favorite team and crap talk the others?

If Kimi and Felipe wind up 19th and 20th, I'm still going to be talking about how crappy LH is. It's the way the world works.

Right, I just meant that when either Macca or Ferrari win we hear one side proclaiming their team gods, the other calling them cheats or somehting.

You're absolutely right on, a lot of the fun of following sport is the talking up your side and smacktalking the other.

To be honest I think the Brawn GP currently have the fastest car! I think the BMW and Toyota pace is similar to the Ferrari with Renault Williams and Red bull just behind them but all of those teams will probably have updates for Melbourne where as Brawn GP will not.
