I think that the other teams are spending more time on other areas of testing, and monday was a second shakedown for BGP -. All the best to them but i wouldnt go jumping the gun, almost 2 weeks to go!!!

It's possible that they're fast. It's also possible that they need to set fast times to attract sponsorship. Tyrrell used to do this. I'm not suggesting that special quick times have been done, but we shouldn't rule it out.

Highly unlikely, they simply don't have the time for that. Sponsors can and will bail if the team is nowhere a couple races into the deal (It's highly likely they'd insert performances clauses with a team in this position) so mis-leading them about the pace and as a result sacrificing development time (Thereby lowering potential pace) would be supremely unwise.

That being said, winter testing is meaningless. The most we can learn from this is the car is not slow.

I don't think it's highly unlikely. As underfunded teams have followed this strategy for decades. I'm not saying it's the case, but dismissing it out of hand is unrealistic.

the first link has some kind of Test's Log, but it's in german or dutch (I think)
the second link also has, but it is in spanish.
I don't speak spanish very well, but it is a bit similiar to portuguese, so I can handle.
I don't know if it will be very usefull for you, anyways, you can choose what you want.
