Presented for your consideration:

Team will test tomorrow (Friday) at Snetterton in new colours.
Name is Brawn Racing. Nick Fry is lesser partner, Brawn major partner.
Mike Gascoyne is new Technical Director
Team colours predominately metallic blue, splashes of white and red.
MAJOR sponsor get - possibly PepsiCo.
Full livery unveiled Thursday before Australian Grand prix
Drivers are Jenson Button (1 year deal, reduced salary with Points Bonuses to make some of it up for good performance) and Rubens Barrichello (Paid per Point plus travel expenses)
Mercedes KERS to be fitted by mid-season (Force India have agreed not to take issue with this in exchange for Mike Gascoyne dropping legal battle)

Believe all this, don't believe it. Up to you. But this is the information I'm getting from an insider.

New livery should be interesting.
Brawn Racing - original
Fry still in F1 to the pleasure of members of this forum!!
Pepsi - impressive sponsor - that'll dictate the livery will it not?
Pay per point, how much? but i cant see that happening.

I thought the test was scheduled for Silverstone..? Might as well use a track that they have experience and data on. The rest would be great. To be honest, Rubens was probably at the point where he'd offer to drive for free, so I can see pay-per-point being reasonable here.

It was. Apparently Silverstone was unable to accommodate them, so Snetterton is apparently the new venue.

It's great that the team have been saved. I'm not sure about livery, perhaps because there are no sponsors etc. as yet. The design of the car looks a little bit aggressive, and I think those who've tried to be will do well in 2009. But I think the success of the car will be reduced because of a lack of testing and the engine change, which is bound to have an impact on the car's weight distribution, handling etc.
