It doesn't say that Max has agreed to it but my guess is that Max will loosen up on FOTA for a while then as soon as he is re-elected he will return to using the iron fist

I think it would be a reasonable strategy if the teams fought for more control of the technical regulations first. Then they could go after more financial and political control.

Overall, I think the proposals are good (I'd take issue with one or two things), so I don't see Mosley or Ecclestone opposing too much on the technical and sporting side. The fun will really start when it comes to the financial matters.
