The other night I was thinking about how cool it would be to be the president of the FIA.
I know that the elections are coming soon.
Can anyone be the president?
Can we start a party for the fans, where basically we do what the fans want become really popular and then we expand and rule the world. Oh, and get rid of Bernie:

:blaster:

Shall we try and start a party.

Think we did something like this last year creating our own FIA which was quite fun. Try the search function if you feel like tracking down that old thread. We came up with some excellent new regulations. :)

You'd need some cash to buy the votes you needed. The people that get to vote would sell their grannies for a fiver.

For a fiver? So they'd be pretty inexpensive, eh? :hehe:

I dont think we should get rid of Bernie, just give him a demeaning job

Such as sweeping the tracks and picking up trash after the race? :P:twisted:

That would be funny, but somehow I can picture Bernie trying to twist the situation around and using it as a PR stunt such as a headline of him picking up the litter and it saying "Bernie: Who says I don't contribute to F1?".

the best way about this is to get all the teams/manufactors to set up their own series.i.e. drop out of the f.i.a.this kills b.e.'s 100 year deal w/the perv./f.i.a.the teams now say we will reconize the f.i.a. if max is gone/we write the rules/you provide c.whitting/h.blash as in the jobs they now do.the f.i.a. would be split into 3 div's. road/racing/f1. w/a f1 section made up of a chairman/reps'. from teams/drivers/manu's.the $$ side would be run by a brand manager elected by the teams.concord agreement out the window.i.e. major rule/not as is 100% vote by teams/which b.e./m.m. use to create a non-vote to ram through their own rules.this could lower the cost of a race to track owners.cost of tickets.the tickets could be bar coded to scan at the track giving holders a prize.stimu' to attend a race in person/i.e lunch w/team/free hat/autog' session.more warm seats mo$$ 4 the track owners.standard $$ 4 the right to hold a race, across the board to all tracks.iv'e put together a 100 page paper to be sent to all teams on my ideas/views as a 45 year spectator/fan/and 45 years in a row race goer.no indy/canada was the final straw in my book. burt estep f1 artist.u.s.a.
