Interesting story I read on my mobile phone during lunch hour, Kovalainen has probably just started a massive "war with words" with Renault test driver Nelson Piquet Jr.

Kovaleinen was asked who he preferred between Piquet Sr. and Nigel Mansell - who were both bitter rivals and teamates at Williams in 1986 and 1987 - and the rookie Finn said "I don't really remember much about either of them, but I would probably say Mansell because I dislike Piquet Jr."

So... how long before the "As my father said about Mansell, Kovalainen is a thick uneducated blockhead" comment comes out of Piquet Jr?

I must admit i'm warming to Kovalainen, he's the first Finnish driver I've known in a while who you can actually talk to! Plus, anyone who winds Flav up is a star in my book!

Kovalinen is not living to expectations.
