I'm a bit confused about whats going to happen with Toro Rosso. I realize they basically inherit 'hand-me-downs' from the Red Bull team, apart from the engine which is a Ferrari. And I see that they are STILL testing with an 08 spec car. But surely that is not what they'll be racing with come Australia? Because that's just not fair is it? They'll finish 1-2 every race since it's clearly 2 seconds a lap faster than even the fastest 09 spec car. Someone please enlighten me on the situation.

They will be using the RB5 with a Ferrari Engine look at the teams there running 08 and 09 parts for comparison well RBR and Torro Rosso get to run an 09 and 08 car adn compare what they want.

I wonder if Renault have managed to catch up to Ferrari at all in terms of power? If they're still behind, Bourdais could give Vettel and Webber a nasty surprise.
