Can anyone put down what they know about the daily drivers of Formula 1 drivers.

I know Kimi has a Ferrari in his garage, plus a motorcycle.. maybe two.
I know Lewis drives a Mercedes SUV.. G class I think..

I don't know about today's drivers, but I do know that Berger and Alesi both had Ferrari Testarossas when they drove for Ferrari in the 90's.

I would imagine that all manufacturer teams would insist that there drivers drive cars of there making

Ferrari - Ferrari/Fiat/Masarati
Mclaren - Mercedes/Smart
BMW - BMW/Mini
Toyota - Toyota/Lexus
Honda - Bus to the job centre
Renault - Renault (I want to see Alonso driving a Twingo)

So would other teams have engine suppliers cars? if so I think Torro Rosso drivers have lucked in:-
Force India
Williams
Red Bull
Torro Rosso

Nope, i read that he has to win it 3 times...

I know Raikkonen has a 599, and he used to have some sort of AMG Merc at McLaren. Schumacher has a Fiat Panda and the 'special' black number 30 Ferrari FXX.

That question is impossible to answer. Most pilots have a few cars in their garage that are the make of the team's engine supplier. A sporty car I presume and a sedan at least. The cars usually remain in the ownership of said supplier, so they're company cars. If they make tens of millions of dollars per year, they could buy anything at all, and would generally have several. MS reportedly had a Bugatti EB110 that he got in a minor fender bender with once. Alesi has a fiat 650 or some such that he has said in interview is his favourite car ever. I could go on. If I had several million dollars I would have maybe 20 cars, so how can I say which one is "my car"? furthermore, they probably don't bring their cars when they travel to race weekends, so there must be cars for them there supplied by the aforementioned suppliers. When would they ever have time to drive their own cars?

Ah, thanks for that.Yes thats what i thought originally but there was so much whinging about it because Heikki didnt have the same deal that I wondered if I'd got it wrong.

I'd be more worried about loaning out a car to Lewis's dad than Lewis himself I was the Do Ron Ron.
