One concern I would have is that perhaps they would just look to American talent and bring in more Scott Speeds instead of actually looking for the best drivers in the world. I know it is only a small chance that this would happen but still is a possibility.

then they will be right at home on the F1 grid

This would be fantastic if it can be pulled off but in case no-ones noticed the US is in some tough economic times right now and I wouldn't want to be out there trying to scrape together the ridiculous amount of money needed for F1 when just about everything and everyone is trying to cut costs.

I just read a rumor that GoDaddy.com is will be the main sponsor for USF1 and that Danica Patrick and some other dude will be the drivers. I doubt its true though, I just found it funny.

i watched the game and i do recall "World Champions" being said by the trophy presenter lets not even talk about the NBA they are just as bad!

But there's little doubt that they are the best in football, baseball and even basketball (at least they used to and probably still are on a league level). Heck, even the NHL (ice hockey with the Canadians) is almost unbeatable.

Never say never when it is pertaining to F1 but I have serious reservations about this project and if it will ever reach fruition or see the light of day so to speak.

Danica Patrick would be good, it would be like having Sato back
