"Super Sundays" on Sky Sports
Tell me about it, even worse is "Grand Slam Sunday" when the top 4 all happen to be playing one another in more than just a coincidence. It stinks, Sky Sports practically encourage people to support only either a Premiership team or a Champions League regular team. Even worse is when the commentators talk about players like Captain Caveman (Rooney) and Fatty Lampard like they know them personally and they're their best mates.
The BBC Match of the Day crew are just as bad, a few years ago when my Blades were in the Premiership, they took the lead against ManU, the MOTD commentator sounded rather cheesed off about it, but when Captain Caveman came to their rescue it sounded like he had just wet his pants. Still, it's a good job Lineker and his smug chums aren't hosting F1 coverage next year and that EJ and DC will provide much better punditry than Hansen and Shearer.
