I've heard good things about the facilities and the layout, but also that it was hella greasy. Like more so than you'd expect from new tarmac normally. I also seem to recall something about them trying to get the bikes there, but I can't remember if I read that online or not...

A1GP is racing there later this year. So we can see whats its like from them, and if it offers good racing.
But yeah, it seems like they're really pushing Algarve. I don't see why not. It looks look a pretty damn good track. The more races the merrier

I'd like to see it on the calendar. The hills and camber of the corners make it more challenging that it looks when seen from looking down on it and there are a couple of places where overtaking could happen.

The probelm with Valencia is that the corners leading up to the straights were far to small and slow. You need medium speed corners leading onto long straights for easy overtaking. Something which Algarve does have.
