I reckon it#s down to aesthetics. IE this year's cars are so ugly Honda don't want their products being tarnished by association.

I like my cars the same way I like my women & my music, fast & loud.

Doubt Honda would have had anything to worry about now that Renault has turned up!

That's one of the most beautiful cars i've ever seen. It's so hideous it's gorgeous, like an octopus or something.

As for the F1 cars, they're looking more normal everytime i see them. Except Renault's Tooty-Fruity-Shark-Mobile, but I'm always glad to see some variation on the grid.
