This is sad, but I'm not surprised at all.

Yup, I can't imagine anyone wanting to take over an unsuccessful F1 team with significant overheads, and probably a very poor 2009 car.

Well according to Brawn the 09 car is looking good, then again he's bias.

Even if the 2009 chassis is good, the team's hard work could be undone by Honda not supplying the engines around which the chassis was designed.
