it would be sad to see such a gifted driver leave the sport not having fulfilled his potential

Kimi has fulfilled his overall F1 goal of a WDC and may never reach his full potential as a driverv because he just does not have the work ethic for it now, strictly just my opinion though.

I believe BMW still have some form of clause in Vettel's contract or something along the lines.

I think that Vettel will go to BMW in a few year's time replacing Heidfeld and then with Kubica and Vettel they will be virtually unstopable.

Personally i am sure Alonso will arrive in Ferrari in 2010 but i am not sure he will race with Felipe Massa. I think they need a single n.1 driver to hold in developement of the car and a good 2nd (maybe Webber).

Two driver like Kimi (v. 2008) and Felipe aren't a good solution for Ferrari team. Raikkonen have the experience and the talent to win a championship but there's something wrong with team or simply Kimi have no more motivation. Massa is good, fast, but i honestly he can beat hamilton only when he drive the most competitive car and all is perfect.
