They'll take Honda's numbers, I think. As far as I'm aware, the team haven't actually withdrawn from the championship yet, but instead have Honda-backing (albeit greatly reduced) until March.

What would happen , i think is a bit like when Jaguar quit , the new team take the lot : Drivers contracts, numbers , background staff and probably Honda's 2009 car. I personally think that this would be an extremely good place for Prodrive to start and with them pulling out of rallying the signs do point to Honda becoming Prodrive F1
