Second! AGEN!! But he did have tough oposition this year and when Damon got it in 94 it was like a consolation prize by the public for being cheated by Michael. We dont like cheats.
Yes Chris Hoy is a fantastic athlete and I cant say he didnt deserve to win. I just like Lewis more

To be fair, that's not the only reason people don't like Hamilton. My boyfriend really doesn't like him, but he doesn't read tabloids and he's not (too ) stupid. He just doesn't like Hamilton's attitude, and thinks he's very arrogant. Oh, and he really disliked the ITV wank-fest over LH every race-weekend, though he's not rational enough to admit that that wasn't Hamilton's fault .

Back to the topic -
I had a feeling it would be down to Hoy and Hamilton, both of them were worthy (actually, all ten nominations were worthy, but anyway) of it. Having the Olympics this year meant there was some really tough competition.
