He is capable of doing it but Lewis is the number one driver there no matter what Ron Dennis says to the press

When I read the thread title my first thought was DC saying so many times, "This is my year".

Agree with 8-Ball, Kovi will be allowed to go as fast as possible, without upsetting Hamilton...

Hamilton will not react as Alonso did to a challenge from within the team, he will just be more determined to be faster. Which will be good for the team all round. Kovi should go better next year , the stickier tyres will suit him better so they should be closer.

Any opportunity to have a stab at Alonso hey? Would love to see Hamilton's reaction if he went to Ferrari, was promised number 1 status in the team as reigning world Champion, only to have an Italian join the team with the full blessing of the team principal. Something tells me Hamilton wouldn't take it too well and some of his comments under pressure during 2008 lend me to believe he'll be no different to Alonso...

I said "Hamilton will not react as Alonso did to a challenge from within the team" How is that having a stab at Alonso? It is saying their reactions would be differtent. Are you suggesting Alonso's reaction was innappropriate? Not good having thoughts like that about a guy you purport to support

In the unlikely event that Hamilton ended up at Ferrari he would expect his teammate to have the full blessing of the team principal whether he be Italian or otherwise! Damn funny team who took on a driver the team principal wasnt too bothered about

Lewis may make unwise or naeive comments on the spur of the moment but his confidence in his own ability would not allow a team mate trouble his head.
