From Grand Prix.com:

Key representatives from Formula 1’s teams, sponsors, media and governing body will take centre stage at this year’s Motor Sport Business Forum to discuss the findings of a recent global survey of motor racing fans.

The morning of the second day of the Forum will feature a high-level panel who will discuss the latest ING/F1 Racing Global Formula 1 Survey. The panel will be made up of representatives from across the industry with participants including Williams F1 CEO Adam Parr, Honda Racing CEO Nick Fry, FIA Technical Consultant Tony Purnell, ING’s F1 Programme Director Isabelle Conner and F1 commentator and journalist James Allen.

They will discuss the findings of the survey which was completed by a broad section of F1 fans from across the world. Subjects covered include technology, the environment, media and sponsorship, to name a few, and all of these will be discussed in length by the high-level panel.

The 2008 Forum also features participation from leading race teams, global sponsors, championship organisers, race circuit owners and world class drivers from across the motor sport spectrum.

New participants in the Forum’s conference programme this year include:

Donington Park CEO Simon Gillett, who will reveal the latest plans for the circuit that will host the British Grand Prix from 2010;

Total’s new Competition Director Philippe Corsaletti, who will talk about the role of the sponsor/supplier across all levels of motor sport; and Chevrolet Motorsport Managing Director Eric Neve, who will discuss how motor sport can be used to transform a brand.

This is all well and good, but when will the results be available for the demos (fans) to read?

If they actually want a true opinion from the F1 fan's why are the leading F1 internet forum's such as us being leftout? We should have a rep there frickin recording everything.

It is just another smoke and mirror's ploy by Bernie to make F1 fans feel significant imho. What truelly need's to happen is the major F1 websites should have a rep at each race that would relay the true and uncut poop for the mass's to see. I just nominated myself for this position so no need to apply! :hehe:

I vaguely remember hearing something but did not get the survey. I subscribe to autosport and am registered for their online services, thats F1's sister mag. They have my email address but didnt send anything. If they cant reach keen fans then they cant have good data to work with.
I did fill in a survey in F1 mag some years ago about how to improve overtaking. They didnt listen to me :rofl::rofl::rofl: . Well maybe they finally did. :D:D
