Robert Kubica has renewed his criticism of the BMW Sauber team.

The 23-year-old Pole won his and the German team's maiden Grand Prix in Canada, and left North America with the lead in the drivers' world championship.

He stayed in contention for the sport's biggest prize until late in the season, but had a disastrous last couple of races and ultimately finished fourth.

Earlier in 2008, Kubica outlined has belief that BMW Sauber were more focused on consolidating its third place in the constructors' championship, and bringing the struggling Nick Heidfeld back up to speed, than winning the drivers' title.

"In the last two or three months, I had the feeling that the team and I were no longer pursuing the same goal," he confirmed in interview with Formule 1 Race Report.

Dear God! He is still complaining. I feel sorry for everybody at BMW having to listen to his whinging. Dr. Thiessen certainly wasn't wrong when he said Kubica is tough person to work with.

Damn, I didn't think Kubica could get this grumpy. But maybe he's still in such a pout because a BMW mechanic might have made fun of his nose and the new 2009 nose when the tested it the other week.

Dear God! He is still complaining. I feel sorry for everybody at BMW having to listen to his whinging. Dr. Thiessen certainly wasn't wrong when he said Kubica is tough person to work with.

Well, it is true that they weren't pursuing the same goal - Kubica wanted the championship whereas BMW Sauber wanted to consolidate third place and work on next year. However, he should drop it because he knew their aims from the start of the season and he agreed to race for them under those terms.

This is typical tabloid-style journalism. This uses the sort of words which makes it sound like he is leaving the team or something. He is simply disappointed that his title challenge didn't materialise. And wouldn't everyone else be? I mean at the poor rate that the other contenders scored points, Kubica could've been in with a shout if BMW didn't give up after Canada.

They had a legit chance to win the Constructors' Championship and in my opinion didn't really try to do so.

Mainly supporting Sauber, Renault and McLaren

im not sure whether they could have won the constructors. They never really had a race where they had the upper hand on McLaren or Ferrari at the same time. The only win was due to Lewis and Kimi DNF'ing

and it seems Kube uses Canada as a point where he says afterwards BMW Sauber went onto 2009 as they had achieved the Maiden win in 08 so now lets go for the title in 09.
I could understand his pain if they were getting pole to flag victories and then stopped R&D but they werent. I think Ferrari and McLaren Flattered his and BMW Saubers positions on the championship tables more than the other way around.

he should be thankful he is in a top team if you ask me.
