that building in the background looks familiar what is the story behind it?


I believe that it's the town hall. Of course, not being a resident of Belfast, I can't say for sure. :)

Yip, it's Belfast, and that's the City Hall, looking at it from Donegal Place, just off Royal Avenue. 8-)

is that the one in the movie Michael Collins or am i getting Belfast mixed up with Dublin?

Well, Collins was involved in a few things, but yes, Dublin is probably what you mean.
