Oh, this is great, I always liked Brundles grid walk back on ITV..
And he's actually an ex Formula 1 driver who knows what he's on about, unlike the good old marshalls we have at the moment.
I look forward to the first race on the BBC, new theme and intro, going to be great.

The grid walk could be good if Brundle interviewed less freeloading celebrities and more people in the know, as it were. Apart from that, I've no problems with Brundle and I'm very pleased the BBC have stood-up against the fascist FIA and Ecclestone. In terms of the BBC theme, I really, really hope they use 'The Chain' again.

Finally, I have to say, your avatar looks great.

Great news.

It is good that Brundle is at the BBC but that doesn't mean that all is good.

The presenter Jake Humphrey is decent enough when talking about football but will he understand the complexities of motorsport enough to have a reasonably intelligent conversation with DC? Will he be in a studio in London or actually at the circuit? Does he know enough about motorsport history so he can make comparisons as Steve Rider often did? Is the race commentator going to be as good as James Allen? Many question still have to be answered before we start getting excited at the BBC coverage.

Brundle should be good, hopefully with Damon Hill or DC
