As of 2009 season, F1 should have an anthem. The European Football Champions League does. The following one without doubt should become the F1 anthem. It is the perfect song and not only that the pictures along with the song perfectly say what F1 is really all about. :hehe:

This does okay thanks, that music tho (in your vid) with the video of felipe's greatest spins of 08 would be perfect

I was being sarcastic again with the video. As if I was being serious there. Can't you see the difference between a joke and what is not a joke. That was clearly a joke.

read my post i said you were being sarcastic

I think the point that the ultimate curve is trying to make is that alot of Ferrari fans want whats good for ferrari, and not F1, ie not proper f1 race fans. As a Ferrai fan its something that really erks me. I must be honest, even i can't look past some of the FIA favouritsim towards them and i got to thinking that maybe there is something to some conspiracy theories (though that may be pushing it). Some of the stewarding decisions this year made me ashamed. The 2 in Japan in favour of Massa. (with hamilton and with Bourdais. WTF?)

Come on folks ... this was a very difficult & painful admission for me. I think a pat on the back is in order

Agreed. I give you a big pat on the shoulder. There is no way I would ever say that on a forum full of McLaren supporters.

I think it's a bit too early to tell which team is the fastest because not all of the teams are running their 2009 aero setup and some of them don't have kers on their cars yet. But I think Senna will get that seat at Honda because Barrichello only has 1 or 2 year left in him I think before he calls it a day.
#81886
if he keeps that up he will have that seat at honda. :D:thumbup::clap:

Seeing as it is very unlikely that it would be Button who he replaced, I'd rather he got a year as a test driver instead. Or STR alongside Bourdais but, honestly, Sato's tests this week have actually impressed me a fair bit.

Yeh i wouldn't be bothered by him testing for a year anyway but with rubens not attending it looks like hes gone for 09 i'm afraid.
i could be wrong tho.

I hope not, Rubens has done more than enough last season in a dog of a car to deserve another year, whereas Button - to put it quite bluntly - did feck all.

Button hasn't given a toss this season - not for the first time. Let's face it, even Nick "Hitler" Fry hasn't told him to get his act together, so Button has just assumed his seat was safe. Barrichello, however, has busted his arse out this season, comprehensively thrashing his teammate. And what's his reward? Getting elbowed out for some youngster who's not ready to make the next step.

Aye. It's ridiculous. In all honesty, if Barrichello had had, say, a Red Bull or something, he could well have won a race with that quick tactical decision at Silverstone. It's been the wettest season for a long time and Button, widely regarded as being great in the wet, has scored only three points and in a dry race where attrition and safety cars played key roles.

If Barrichello (and Bourdais, for that matter) don't get race seats next season, I'll be mighty unhappy.
