honestly when you compare 2009 vs. 2008, what I find REALLY AWFULL is the rear wing

:irked:

If they have kept the rear wing from 2008 would not look so "cartoonish"

09 downforce for honda

The Honda looks much better than the BMW...Is the rear wing already with 2009 rules or is it a mix????

You know what? If they painted the little Block Bits on each side of the Front wing black... The whole car wouldnt look so bad..

Theres nothing they can do. Its ugly. Period. Its a straight plank attached to the nose which I could engineer in my own backyard.

I only see racing car's which is all that really matter's right?

do you apply the same opinion in regards to supercars or even road cars then?

This is about RACING cars not supercar's or road car's, what are you off your med's or just looking for a fight???

You know what they say if it looks right it will drive right and that BMW don't look right F1 cars are cool and can be cool to look at.

Its nice if there's a good looking car but i dont really mind as long as the racings good

And besides:

Opinions as to whether the 2009 rules will improve overtaking are mixed, but Klien believes the very wide front wings may complicate the jostle for position.

He said racers will have to be careful not to "knock off the front wing at the first corner."

Duh!

youll never be rid of dirty air when following another car! its near to impossible!

and i was thinking the exact same thing with the wide arse wings! there will be alot of nose changes in 09 after the first corner

That Williams front wing does look nice. It also balances out the car better. To have a narrower rear wing is one thing but to then stick a snowplow front wing on like the BMW makes it only more apparent.
