Depends on your ideas of 'best' I guess! For some people, it would be chief mechanic, others would probably prefer aerodynamics or design...

Look on the individual teams websites, most have a careers section. If you don't see the job your looking for send them an e mail asking how you go about gettin a job with them. Most will ask you to send an Resume with a cover letter saying why you want a job with them.

I tried to get into the Williams IT department, they said I was qualified but was only prepared to offer me a pissy graduate salary. They get em young and cheap.

If I didn't have 2 kids I would have taken it, just couldn't have survived off it...
