Most notably we will see David Coulthard hanging up his racing helmet.

Rubens is also without a contract for '09 at the moment, also Bourdais' position still looking shaky.

F1 coverage on ITV will be consigned to history.

Grooved tyres will be a thing of the past.

Winglets, barge boards, flick ups etc all gone.

It will all be about LH you mean? I hope not. Last years finale was a good race, I hope for more of the same.

I hate the off season, especially now till christmas. Cant wait to see the new cars! I just hope F1 wont crumble more with the FIA over the winter...

The Japanese Grand Prix being held at Fuji - if only for a year. At least Suzuka - a proper track - will feature on alternate years, which is certainly better than nothing.
