A man that speaks the truth. Sometimes to win you have to play dirty

My issue is with his accusation on the Fuji incident.

Look at the replay and the direction Filipe is turning his wheel. I wouldnt have believed it of him but the evidence looks pretty damning and if he can do it once he can do it again. Look who is tutoring him!!

He's got his view, you've got yours. If Massa did crash into Hamilton and if he retaliated, there is the potential for the whole thing to backfire on Hamilton. The FIA, no doubt, would come up with some excuse that there was no ill-intent Massa's part - a racing incident - and Hamilton deprived him off the chance of competing for title or something. Hamilton is best keeping his nose clean this weekend allowing Kovalainen to do his bidding, if needs be.

I also saw what I personaly believe to be 'deliberate action's' by Massa in that incident. At first I was like YES what a great move but after many review's my opinion was changed.

A question. If Massa is leading the GP and Lewis is in second, with a comfortable hold on the championship, but Hamilton is 2 seconds a lap faster, should he try and overtake the Brazilian? Is it worth the risk, or should he just hang back and let Massa have his small victory?

Would you risk it? probably just take him at the pit stop depending on who is lighter

^^
Any smart driver in that spot would not try it. Not only is it needless but also Massa would have opportunity to crash and make it look likr hammy's fault, not that he would want to.
Hammy has in the past, even recent past, shown his impetuous side by trying stuff like that when not needed, costing him valuable points and even the title. He did so as recently as Japan this season. Hopefully he has matured.

Matured ......in the space of a month ??? he's been surviving on a endless streak of luck and a good car ( there !!! I said it ) zero breakdowns against Massa's two criticle ones. As with all instances it will run out and based on the crap he did in the past - he will screw this one up as well ...

I didn't say it was gonna be easy!

anyhoo he has a lot of leeway to make mistakes and still have more points that Massa at the end. A numeric title is meaningless. Kubica is the real champion.

So Lauda's last WDC was meaningless because he won the title by .5 point?? That is simply a ludricrous outlook from someone that I thought had a true grasp on F1 past and present? Maybe more of an explanation is needed as I'm trying not to judge your last post too harshly??

Gregg

PS,
EDIT: Sorry I forgot to play my 'idiot savant' card so hold 'em or fold 'em, it's your move !!!!!!

Yeah you heard me, numbers don't tell the whole story. However, it's not impossible to have the most points AND be the best, like the year you have mentioned. I was just agreeing with a majority opinion in this forum that RK drove better than both LH and PM this season. He's my driver of the season. A champion in my books.

Yah I agree with ya man and know matter how/what or who we feel should be the champion the point's are all that matter's in reality, we have to accept that right? I would be acting even more of a fool if Robert could have stolen the WDC this season but maybe next year, right?
