i actually quite fancy it, i didnt care about the mates, they were jealous, it was a challenge and i wass glad i did it, its cause its physical it appeals to me,

far better than football lol, i have alot of respect for pole dancers

was gonna say, i loved the ropes/rope in gym, frames, ropeladders all that stuff, definitly an all over workout, you must be pretty fit [both types ]
