This is me and Nikki. We borrowed the boots from some of the other girls. They help you to stick on the pole for some moves but are not good for spins when you dont want to stick. They kinov feel a bit like cheating.

This is the girl the boots belonged to using them to stick on the pole. The second move is hard without boots. i took the photo a bit soon, she looses with her hands and leans out horizontally

Poles were secure. WE DID IT!!! I have bruises to my inner thighs and hip bones and the skin is off the palm of my right hand and underneath my right big toe But we did it!! We made over £3000 for Alzheimers . Will post pics of the evening when i process them..nackered now!!!
