Montoya really disappointed me. In fifteen or twenty years time, he'll look back and realise he wasted his ability. He had the speed to be a Formula One champion, but he didn't have the application. It's sad really.

Exactly right. It was gutting for me personally. Loved watching him race back in the US. Then he joined Williams and I thought - Schumacher has some new comp now. Then......nuthin.

I watched him in the US and thought that. And he DID stuff it to Schuey lots of times. Its just that...well stuff happenned sometimes.

I don't know about you, but it seems everybody at McLaren were blubbering when he said he was going to Ferrari. Even Ron Dennis was basically begging him to stay. His time at McLaren was one whinge after another, he sometimes wasn't fit enough to set consistent laps throughout the race and was poor at developing the car (as Scandinavian drivers sometimes tend to be; it took Hakkinen a year or two to perfect this area of Formula One driving).

Yeh in a way i expect having JPM kinda of taught Mclaren how to deal with lewis when he goes slightly the same way.

Longbow, hopefully Lewis learned a very valuable lesson yesterday...........discipline. If he doesn't get that red mist towards the first corner in Brazil and remember his discipline, he'll be ok.....fingers crossed, god we've got to wait nearly 2 weeks

I think he might get a tank full of fuel next Saturday. Should keep him a little further back and out of harms way.

After what he did in China I don't see how anyone can say he is not a team player nor can I see how someone can be "disgusted" that he doesn't care how Felipe does in the WDC. He's not friends with Felippe, so why the hell should he care?
